Hey, welcome back to the Six Figure Mastermind. Thanks for tuning in today. Marianne DeNovellis here. And we're going to talk how to start your handbag business from home. So, stay tuned. So, maybe you went through junior high in high school and you really did well in home and class. Or maybe you've picked up a sewing machine and you just have a knack for style. Whatever it is you're thinking about starting a handbag business from home. There's a couple things that you might not have thought of that you definitely need to be aware of when that comes into play. Let's just walk you through some of those specific steps that maybe you didn't think of before. First of all, you don't have to be a seamstress or a handbag maker to actually sell handbags out of your house, okay? You can do what's called retail. Which means you're buying these handbags at wholesale prices and then you're reselling them on e-commerce markets or maybe on Facebook marketplace. Or maybe even in trade shows and farmers markets. A lot of people will tend to do that and they'll go to sites like Alibaba Express or Aliexpress.com. You can go and check out the products there and you can even contact in many cases the manufacturer of those products and say look, "I think this handbag is great. I even ordered a sample but this part I really don't like. I would like for you to create a different prototype for me with this change or this alteration and then I can sell that one." So, that's a great way to get started if you don't necessarily have the time, skill or talent to use a sewing machine and create your own handbags. If you do however, I highly recommend before you really get started pumping those handbags out is to define your style. What about handbags and specifically your pan bags makes your brand unique? Do you only work with natural materials? Do you only work with responsibly sourced materials? Do you only work with, you know, just to find what you want your brand to be and why people would come shop from you. So, you can either start off with your own handmade. You can start off with reselling. Either one will work the first thing you need to do before you actually can create some sales is create an inventory. So, this is going to take some considerable time and effort. But here's a little hack for you, okay? If you want to sell your handbags and e-commerce, if you want to sell your handbags and e-commerce, meaning, sell them as products online. You don't have to create 20 bags just to put them on the Internet. You can create one or create a prototype that's going to be the bag. Photograph it, make sure you nice images of that thing. And then put it up there to sell and then you can make them to order. Now, as long as your customer knows that it's going to take, you know, a week or two. However long it takes you to make the bag, that's totally fine. What you can also do is kind of a cheat to that hack. It was like a double hack, is create what's called pre-orders. So, again, you just make one and then you say, "Hey, check this out. This bag is just out on our line right now. In fact, I'm taking pre-orders for this bag. It's at a sale price right now. Go ahead and put your pre-orders in. That pre-order is going to be delivered by October 2nd." Or whenever you decide to have those done and ready. That way, you can actually take pre-payments for the bags which will help you win the cost of supplies and the cost of doing business. Then create all the bags that have already been paid for and then ship them out when it's time to go. So, in the cost of your bags, you also need to consider 2 things. Is the cost of your bag going to cover shipping? And handling? If it is.— Cool. People don't feel a nickel and dime. If it isn't. — Hey, that's cool, too. People don't mind paying for shipping for things that they buy online. That's something that is not very well known is that people actually don't mind paying shipping. Now, Amazon users, they're not used to paying shipping. So, if you do sell on Amazon, I would roll the cost of the shipping into the price of the bag. Just a helpful hint, make the shipping cost a little more than the actual shipping cost that you pay and here's why. And I'm not asking you to be dishonest. I'm asking you consider what it takes to ship a bag. You need to consider the cost of materials, the cost of tape, the cost of boxes. If you're driving to the post office, you need to consider the cost it takes you to get there, the time it takes you to get there. All of that is rolled into the cost of shipping. So, that you are paid for the time it takes to actually get the bag out the door. So, for example, if it costs $5 to ship your bag, I would charge 750 for shipping because that's going to cover your shipping materials, the time it takes to print out the labels and the time it takes to drop off the bags at the shipping office. That's called the handling fee, okay? And people just roll it all in to shipping now. So, it's okay for you as long as you're charging responsibly to charge a little bit extra for that. Again, if you're rolling it into the price of the bag, just roll that full thing into the price of your bag. So, you want to make sure that you establish profitable pricing. Average retail stores have a 40% margin. Which means if something costs $100, the store is making $40 on that item. That's considered a good margin for retail. Now, your margins should be at least that much but it can be a little more as well as long as the price matches the value that the customer is getting. You're welcome to gate make a greater margin up. In fact, you probably want to have a bigger profit margin on those. Especially, as you're starting out and you want to get your business going and pay for supplies that you had to, you know, pay for out of pocket when you first started. So, remember that the price of the product needs to be reflective of a value that the customer is getting. In fact, if your customer feels like they're getting more value than what they paid for, you're going to sell a lot more. There's a website that I want you to check out that is a really great example of how to get your bags on e-commerce. My friend Katherine from high school actually created a website called fit so swell you can check out the link in the description. Check out that website. It is a beautiful website. She's got fantastic photography and she's even made her logo as a little nameplate on all of her bags. I've asked her to do some custom word for me. I can't wait to get my bag from her. You got to go check her out and create something that has a specific feel. When you go to her website, you'll see that that website has a very clean crisp, high-quality look. Handbags are a high quality item, okay? So, create something that has your own flavor, your own flair to it. But make sure it looks high-quality. Go to retail establishments that has bags in the price point that you want to sell. See how they're marketed, see how they're displayed, see how they're constructed and do what's called R&D. Ripoff and duplicate, right? Duplicate what's working but give it your own flair. Hey, thanks for tuning in today. Tell me what your favorite part was in the comments below. What was the most useful thing for you. And in fact, if you want to know what it looks like to work very closely with me in building your Six-figure business, hit up the link in the description and let's have a chat.

how to earn money from home in chennai

– Hello everybody and
welcome back to the channel. My name's Thomas if you're brand new, and usually I make style
and hair related videos. But in today's video,
we're gonna be talking how to make cashola online. (trumpet music) So I put a poll out not long ago, just in my YouTube news feed. I love how they have that now. I put a question asking you
guys if you'd be interested in learning how I actually
make my money online, because I actually generate
my entire income that I get, from all the things that I do online. Not just YouTube, there's
actually a variety of different things that I do, and
I'm gonna be covering all five of those things
in this video today. And, to be honest, when
you get into the world of making money on the
internet, you kind of like, well for me personally,
I like, had one idea, and then once I learned
how to make money one way, I was like, oh and then
that's another idea too. It kind of just cascades on itself. And it seems to be when
I talk to people about being an influencer, if
you wanna call me that, or whatever, the burning
question that they have, is how do you actually make money from it? So I never really thought
it was something I could talk about, but when I
think about it as well, I'm actually quite a
strategic kind of guy, so a lot of you kind of come
across me as Thomas In Action, The Hair Guru, or The Hair Guy, which, like, that is me,
that is part of who I am, but there's so much
more to what I do behind the scenes here, and how I actually, I'm quite savvy with what I
do, and I am really excited to get in and start talking about this. So without further ado,
let's talk some shmoney. So I'm not gonna go into a deep dive of how I got into making money online, but I am gonna tell a
little bit of the story, 'cause I think it needs
a bit of context before I just go in and tell
you how I do everything. So, essentially what was happening is, I was living in Canada in 2014, going to the beginning of 2015. I was doing my YouTube
videos, just getting the hang of like making online
content and stuff like that, and when I moved back to Australia, my YouTube channel started taking off. It was actually just at
the very end of Canada, I started making my hair videos, and started building what I have now. And when I go back to
Australia, I actually was given an opportunity from my Dad
to work with his business, which is all online, which
we're gonna get into later. But yeah, I started learning
a little bit more about like how the online world works, and more of the strategic
marketing side of it, so I'm kind of like a hybrid influencer marketer if you like. And what I was learning from,
what I learnt with my Dad, I was able to apply to my
you know, organic content, that I make here on YouTube. And it kind of all just
erupted from there. But this video isn't about my whole story. It's about the actual methods that I use. So without further ado, we're gonna get straight into them now. Okay, so way number
one is the obvious one, like the one that you guys are
probably most familiar with, is being here on YouTube, right? It's very funny the way
people make money on YouTube. There's various different
ways you can do it. And where I started
generating income on YouTube was particularly just through
getting views to my videos. So a lot of you guys have probably seen other influencers talk about this. You have a thing called AdSense on YouTube that generates money from advertisers that put ads on your videos. So you know when you
come and watch my video and there's like an ad
that you can press skip, or there's some that aren't skippable? That' because I've pushed
a function on my video that says monetize. So essentially, advertisers
will pay to put their ads in front of my YouTube
videos, and then the money that they pay to put the
ad there, I get a clip of. It's only a very, very minimal clip, and you have to get hundreds
of thousands of millions of views in order to even see
any type of revenue come in. Now, I'm not gonna go into actual figures of how much I actually make here, 'cause I think that's a
little bit awkward and weird. I don't want to make it seem like, "Oh, I've got this lifestyle,
or I make this much money." I want to keep it more about the methods. So, that is one way that I make an income, and with the view counts that I have, so with the more views you
get, the more money you get. And I'm lucky enough that
my view counts that I get from all of my videos in the background, all the new videos that
I'm making in future, they're all in the background
generating little bits of money here and there and monthly, it equates to enough to
pay Kim to film my videos and edit them for me. I literally do not see a
cent of my own YouTube money. Like, it's, you get little
tiny snippets of it, and I think at this point in time, my YouTube channel's
generating something like 300,000 views every 28 days. So not just videos that I'm posting now, but all the videos back when I started. You know, like they're all
still generating income. So, they all add up and yeah,
I'm happy that it affords me to spend money on things like this, 'cause I love having the camera set up, I love having somebody
to bounce ideas off, and that's where I choose
to spend that money. And that is like one little income source that YouTube provides. The other income source that
YouTube provides as well, is as you guys would obviously
know, is brand deals. So, when I'm talking about a product, this actually isn't a brand deal, this is about like another
thing that I'm gonna be talking to you about in a minute. 'Cause this is very, very special. This is like, a horcrux of mine. So brand deals are a thing. So when you have an audience of people that are attracted to a certain thing, so for you guys it's more
like men's style, men's hair, brands like that will
reach out to me and go, "Hey, can you just feature our product?" They're very loose end with it, and to be honest, lots of
brands are very stingy, they're very awful, and it's
a very picky choosy field that you have to go and do. As an influencer, you
have to be really careful like what you compromise,
because if you put a product in front of your audience, like you guys, that you're just so not gonna relate to, like if I was advertising
a lawn mower here today, you guys would be like,
"Yeah, fucking whatever," you know what I mean? It's just like weird,
so what I like to do, to be a genuine, good creator,
is make sure that when a brand approaches me,
I look at their product, I look at their brand, what it stands for, does the product do what it says it does, and also is it gonna be
something that you guys can actually benefit from? This is where the marketer
side of me has to come out, because if I just promote
any product willy nilly, just for the cash, then yes,
I'm definitely a sell-out, but if I'm promoting something
that I think you guys could benefit from, then
it's more ethical to me, and I'm happier to take that brand's money to put their brand in front of you, because it can help all of
us, you know what I mean? And yeah, you know, like we
do take brand promotions. You know why? Because we have to generate
income wherever we can, being an influencer like this. If I don't do that, then I
don't get to have all this filming stuff, I don't get
to have Kim helping me out with generating the
video content, you know? It all goes back into the funnel. So influencer brand, I
don't get them very often, you know, iRestore was was
probably my latest one. I also had the UB shorts,
and then before that, I was doing Alpha M as well, and these were all brands
that I genuinely like, and I would happily put in front of you, because I think, if I like it,
then you guys will like it, you know what I mean? It's a very picky choosy
thing and you have to be your own boss, like it's hard,
and doing the deal making as well, like I don't
have any team behind me, like doing deals, I have no manager. Like, if I'm doing a brand
deal, I'm talking to them, I'm telling them how much
money I want for a promotion, because I know how much work's in it, and it's a big deal man. Like, I have to research their brand, I have to really figure
out what they're about, because if I'm gonna
talk about them to you, fuck yeah, I'd better
know what they're doing, and fuck yeah, I'd better
know what that product is. So, there's a lot more
than just simply chucking a product in front of you. It's very, very research based, and you have to pick very wisely because otherwise it's just not ethical. And that's kind of my take on it. So, in terms on YouTube and influencing, that is how I make my income. I get brand deals once every blue moon, and that money will go on
you know, buying new outfits, or buying something that
will make my videos cooler. And then the actual AdSense
money that comes in, straight in Kim's pocket, because Kim's always gonna
come over and do a great job for me, and you know, like,
it keeps the channel pumping. And I love, yeah, I just
love the whole setup, it's so cool. If any of you actually
want to go down the road of influencing, I
encourage you to go for it. There's a few things
you have to know though. You have to A, you have
to have, you have to know what you wanna talk about. You also have to be patient, because now with how
saturated social media is, so many people are uploading
content all the time, it's very, very, very hard to stand out. When I got into it, it was
still like in the early stages, so I kind of like got a leg
up on the competition I guess, and got to break into the market early, but it's still not too
late, because the algorithm will still favour content
that people are watching for longer, and engaging with more. So the better you make your content, the better the algorithm
is going to treat you. And that is on every single platform. I've noticed it on all,
like Instagram even, like it's taking me forever to build that. And now I'm only just
starting to like work with brands on there. I'm still not doing paid promotions, like it's not income for me, but yeah. And to be honest, the amount
of time I put into doing work like this, and the
payoff that I get, it's zilch. Like, I'm literally here
because I love doing the videos and making content for you guys. Okay? And that moves me on to way number two. So, way number two is
kind of like a Segway from YouTube, because this
method of affiliate marketing, that's what you call it,
can be used on YouTube. However, I use it in other places as well. So what affiliate
marketing is, essentially, when you talk about a product online, and you provide a link to the product, let's say for Amazon,
and somebody buys through that link that you posted on your content, you also get a clip of money. If you can find an affiliate
marketing programme that actually has products that you like, then it's gonna be a
very easy win for you. This isn't an all the time thing, but if I talk about a
product that I actually like, here on this channel,
and leave a link to it, I'll usually leave a link to Amazon, or somewhere where I have
an affiliate programme, because what happens is if,
when someone clicks that link and buys, then I'll get my clip of money. So, with YouTube videos, you
can put your links on those, which is very handy and I
do generate a bit of income. The first time I ever got
into affiliate marketing, was with this product here. This was probably the easiest
genuine sell I ever did, and this is before I even knew
what affiliate marketing was. And this cream right here,
it's like a horcrux of mine. That's hair removal cream. I was actually using it
to remove my butt hair, way back in the day, and I'm so stoked with how this product was,
I was like, you know what? I'm gonna do a review on my
YouTube channel about this. And I did, and that
video, I think, probably, if you've been watching
me for a few years, you'll know that video, it's
how to remove butt hair easily, insert here (he chuckles). That video was one of my best videos ever. I think it's sitting on
about 1.6 million views, or something like that, 1.3 million views. And I think the reason it worked, was because I was genuinely talking about a product that
was helping me with a problem that a lot of people have. And after I learnt about
affiliate marketing, and I put a link to Nads
and a lot of the gay guys that were watching it,
I think really wanted to go and try this product. I started generating a
little bit of money through Amazon, and I was like,
"Cool, how else can I do this? "How can I ethically talk
about products that I like, "and also earn a clip for doing the work?" Because it's all very well
and good to make the content but nobody's actually paying me to do it, so if I can get an income
stream that helps you know, keep my pocket full so
I can continue doing it, why would I not, you know? And then I started my website, so I have this friend Ollie,
who he's always in my ear, going like, "You need to do this next! "You need to do that next!" And I'm like, "Fuck off! "Like I'm so busy with all
these other stupid things "I'm doing, just give me a minute." But he recommended that
I go and make a website. And I was like, "Well why
would I make a website?" And he's like, "Well, you can
turn a couple of your videos "into blog posts, and allow other people "to find your content." And I was like, "Okay,
that's a good idea." So, I went and started a website, I learnt how to build a website. I actually already knew
how to build a website, and I'll get to how I knew that later. But, I kind of built my
website, thomasinaction.com, and I started blogging and
actually writing reviews about products that I like, like the most recent one I did, was the BluMaan cloud control oil. I've written a post about
the Watermans shampoo that I use to grow my hair quicker. I've got the iRestore one there, and me testing the product. You know what I mean? Like, these are all relevant
things that I find useful, and I wanted to put it out there, and what happens is, like
people coming across my blog, you have to do lots of
search engine optimization. Again, that's a part
of of my marketer brain that comes out, like, how
am I gonna get this content in front of people without needing to pay? That's kind of like the tricky part, the really technical bit. But the main point is, as long as you've got a
product that you're ethically talking about, and you're like,
you actually approve of it, then go for it. But yeah, started my blog. And now, my blog's generating
me affiliate link sales as well, and the way it comes, if you want me to prove
that this frickin' works, like, see this? These are all checks that
Amazon have sent me, right? Like, look at them all. This is from me posting content
that I'm passionate about with products, and every
month, Amazon will send me, this is my newest one, every month or so, they'll just flick me a
check that's got you know, a couple hundred bucks on it, and then like, I can go and you know, buy a new light, I can
go and buy a new camera, I can buy something cool. I'm very strategic with
what I spend my money on. Like, if you guys actually
want to know how I spend money, and how I view it, like that's actually a really cool topic too. I've only just recently
really gotten good at managing my money, but the point
is, like it works, right? Doing affiliate marketing,
if you put the right heart into the content and the right attention, people will buy what you're
saying, and so they should, because you should be honest. And it'll turn into money. So there all like my Amazon checks from the beginning of time. And all I have to do for
those is go and bank them at the bank, you know what I mean? And they take like a clip or whatever, they're bloody thieves, but
no, that's how affiliate marketing works, it's just
about you recommending products to other people,
ethical earning online 102. So yeah, they, those two ways, affiliate marketing,
AdSense and brand deals, are kind of like how I tie
all my influencer powers into making some cash online. But, at the end of the day as well, like I said, like I spend
the money from YouTube on getting my videos done. I spend the affiliate
marketing money on new clothes, on new products that
I wanna try, you know? Like, I'm putting it all back into stuff, and at the end of the day,
it's not an income that can fill my pocket up,
and buy my groceries or pay my rent, you know? When I'm getting the millions of views, that's probably when it's gonna happen. Yeah, until then, I won't
be seeing like income that I can live off, from these methods. These are just extra bonus
money that get you what you need and you're like, hell
yeah, I can get that. I can be comfier. You know what I mean? And who wouldn't want that, right? So, if you've ever wanted
to blog about something, or again, make content
with affiliate links, go check it out, do a bit more research, or I can even talk to
you about the affiliate programmes I'm a part of. I've just been kind of doing
this video as a one off, just to see how you guys like it, and go from there, really. So that's enough on affiliate
marketing and influencing. Now, we're gonna move
onto the more nitty gritty cool stuff that yeah, all
the new things that I've been doing to make money and
making me even more comfy. Okay, so for way number
three, is eCommerce. And, eCommerce essentially
for anyone that doesn't know, is just selling products
online, with a brand. Yes, I've made a brand, none
of you guys know about it, and that's, there's a
very good reason for that. It's because, I, like
the products that I sell with my sister, that's who
my business partner is, they wouldn't even be appealing to you, you know what I mean? Or they might be appealing
to your girlfriends, but no, okay, so I went into
eCommerce with my sister. We started an online
costume jewellery brand called San Lucar. And you can actually view the website in the description box. You'll be able to go
over there and see it, but we've been working on that
for about seven months now. It took about three months to set it up, to find suppliers, to
get our packaging done, to get our marketing
together, to get our Instagram flowing, this is our Instagram right here. But essentially what San Lucar is, is we just want to find
affordable jewellery and sell them onto people
that love weddings, and women that just want to
look pretty on the weekend. Right, like it's a cool
idea, it helps people, and essentially, it's a
great way to make money, because when you, I'd never
delved into this world before, but in retail, the markup is crazy. So what you can buy something for compared to what it sells for on the market, like the recommended retail price, the markup is crazy. We're talking about something like 800%. So the more you can
get in front of people, and the better you know how
to get in front of people, and the better marketing you can do, and generate those sales
to people who actually need the thing, holy hell man, like in the back hand, you really notice that kind of stuff. So my sister and I like
took three months to set up, we've probably been running
for about four months, and so far so good. I've learnt so much about
Instagram paid marketing. So what paid marketing is,
is actually spending money to get your product in front of people. You guys probably see it all
the time with sponsored posts, brands always like, I know
there's this one brand that always, I see their
sponsored ads Ortoo, or Ortoo, I think that's how you say it. Brands are constantly putting money down, to get in front of the right people, to generate a return,
and as long as the money that you're putting down
is less than what's coming back in, then you're doing all right, and you can scale that. So that's where my sister and I are trying to get to with San Lucar right now. And yeah, we just sell
really pretty, beautiful, good quality trinkets, that people can buy, that
make women feel beautiful. So, yeah, if you do have
a girlfriend that wants some pretty earrings,
just head to the link in the description box,
and check out San Lucar. We did actually just
start shipping to the US, and worldwide actually. We did like a deal with
DHL, postage and stuff is another crazy thing. Oh my God, to set that business
up, was frickin' insane. Like, I'm not even jokes. But, it's actually a really
cool way to make money, and if you ever wanted to have a brand, and do something like that, I
really, really encourage it, 'cause it's fun and online
is the way of the world now. Like, it's cool. But yeah, it's just another
online revenue stream for Tom. Check out San Lucar. All right, and moving
onto way number four. So way number four, I
have not spoken about this publicly ever. Like, I mean, people that
I know, know that I've been doing it, or like had
it going for a while. But, there's a thing
called exclusive content. Some of you guys probably watch gamers, you probably watch heaps of other people, they have Patreon accounts. So Patreon is like a private service that people can subscribe to. YouTube's even doing it now as well, you can pay a little subscription fee to get exclusive content from a creator. But, there's also like
third party platforms like Patreon and Only
Fans and things like that. And for me personally,
in the whole body inspo and sex appeal area, Only
Fans is a crazy realm, man. You can make bank from that. Right, like, check out Brandon Kilgour. No (he chuckles). I do have an Only Fans account,
and problem with Only Fans though, is kind of like,
people look at it like, "Oh, you've got Only
Fans and you do porn." And that's definitely not what
I plan to with my Only Fans. I kind of knew I had my
Thomas In Action image, right? And I had learnt about
Patreon and Only Fans and what they do and how
you can get subscribers that are actually paying. I would never expect you
guys to pay for the content that I make here on
YouTube, like that's always, always, always gonna be free. But things like body
inspo, and sex appeal, so these are things where I, okay, I haven't mentioned this before either, but yes, I'm in thongs, I'm in jockstraps, I'm very sexual in these pictures. There's no nudity, there's
no like actually seeing my dick and like, porn
or anything like that. It's just very, it's a
very gay market right? This is, again, it comes back
to that ethical creating, for a market that
actually wants to see it. So for me, there is like a gay market that want to see pictures
of someone with a nice body in sexy underwear, posing normal. I actually thought, "Fuck,
I'm gonna feel so degraded when I kind of do this," but I'll insert some of the pictures here, like these are some of my raunchy, like, I have a separate Instagram as well, like I wanted to keep it
separate from Thomas In Action, because it's not what Thomas In Action is. I don't want to be posting
my body all over here and me being in a thong and stuff. Like, that's not what you guys want to see or need to see. Sure, there might be some of
you that do want to see that, but like, that's why it needs
to be separate, you know? But I really wanted to do it, because I wanted to A,
work on by body game, and I also feel sexy
when I pose like that, and when I wear cool underwear, and like, I don't know if
it's a gay thing or not, but like it's fun! And I like doing it. So I did start an Only Fans for a while, and I did get quite a few
fans, and that was generating me more comfy income. But at the end of the day,
like because you're probably figuring now, I do so many things, it's very hard to stay on top of, and with the whole body
thing, I fluctuate like crazy. I'm like really hot one minute, and then I'm like a fat
load of mess the next. Providing the Only Fans content, it wasn't so sustainable, but
I still have the account there and when I'm ready to do it, I will activate it again, and I'll start generating that income. Again, it comes back to
creating good content for people that want it, that
are willing to pay for it. You know what I mean? Not everybody has to pay for it. And yeah, so that's kind
of like my little secret out of the bag, like I
never really spoke about it, and why would I need to on this channel while I'm doing hair videos? It just doesn't make sense. But seeing as like we're here now, and I'm telling you how
I make money online, this is just another
revenue stream for me. And if you do wanna follow
my Boy Barbie account, go for it (he laughs). I will be reactivating Only Fans soon. But I've just got to get some new undies and another like, layer of fat off. Enough of that, I'm not a porn star. I never will be. So that is way number four. Moving onto way number five, now this way, is probably, this is where the
bulk of my income comes from, so like in terms of paying
rent, in terms of buying my groceries, in terms of like
having a little bit of money to just live, this is where the
bulk of my money comes from. I know what a lot of you
are gonna probably think, or I'm actually preempting
what you're gonna think, but, I actually got given an opportunity when moved back from Canada,
to go and work for my Dad. And my Dad and his business partner, they have an online business as well, in the lead generation sector. So for any of you that don't know, lead generation is working with a business to generate them a potential customer. A business will give us their
content of their product, we'll then use paid marketing platforms, like YouTube, like Facebook, like Google, like Instagram, like Snapchat,
and we'll get their product in front of the right people. Those people will make an
inquiry about their product, and the information will
get sent to the business, so that they business can
get in contact with them, to see if the product is the
right fit for them, okay? That's what lead generation is. And my Dad and his business partner, when I moved back from Canada, they just boomed in their
business of lead generation, and I was lucky enough
to get offered a job. Now, back then, when I was
doing all my YouTube stuff, I kind of went, oh
okay, I'll take the job, I don't want to work at
Hardrockers as a server anymore, so I took the job, and as a result, I'm so glad I did, because
on top of learning more about how online marketing works,
like, I've learnt more about content making, I've learnt
more about how to use the paid platforms and actually
spend money to make money. From that I've learnt how to
put into my eCommerce business, and not only that, just
being around the environment, opens you up to so many
other ways of making money. I don't want anybody to think that, "Oh, his Dad just gave
him a job and that's how "he got everything." I've had to learn fuck
loads of stuff over the last five years, and I've really
had to like, do it for myself, because all this YouTube
stuff, all the San Lucar stuff, all the Only Fans stuff,
all the affiliate marketing, that is completely separate
to what my Dad does. They have no affiliation
to that stuff at all. It's just the fact that I got introduced to that environment, that
I was able to see all of the opportunities
of how I could actually make money online. And that is predominantly,
that's my nine to five job, so I work that from Monday to Friday, and then on the weekends,
that's where I'm cramming in all this YouTube stuff, that's where I'm cramming
in all my blogging, that's where I'm cramming in
all my sexy, g-string pictures, you know what I mean? Like, I have to work a lot, in order to make a stable
income and actually work from home, it's a luxury
to work from home as well. It can drive you fucking insane sometimes. But at the same time,
if I thought about going to get a real job, real
job, I don't wanna say like, 'cause it is a real job,
like I really do work, right? But if I had to go back to, "Oh, I've got to go to work now," I think I'd bloody lose my mind. Because I'm so used to living
in this environment now, and it's a very weird lifestyle, but it suits me very well,
and the cool thing is, anybody can actually do it. All you've got to do, is put in the work. For me it's taken like,
five years to actually get somewhere where it's stable. But yeah, that's kind
of everything that I do, and like their business generating leads, like we generate thousands
and thousands and thousands of leads for business like per week, and they pay per lead or whatever. I don't even deal with the money that they actually generate. I actually just get paid like a wage, to work in the business. And I do get to work
very hands on with like implementing new strategies,
and doing things like that. However, I'm not in control of that money. Like, I'm just getting
paid a wage to do that job. And, I actually really love
it, because it just helps me build upon my knowledge, and
like, if I ever let it go, and it means like I'm just
cutting off my nose really, to spite my fate. My fate? My face. Why would you do that? Like, learning is the best thing ever, and the more you can learn, the more diverse your skill sets become. Again, like diverse, we're
talking about I'm a marketer, I'm a bloody filmer, I'm a editor, I'm a blogger, I'm a bloody
system administrator, like, I know how to work
emailing systems now. Like there's so many cool
things that I went and did. And, the coolest thing is,
if you wanted to go and make money by working online, like
doing something like I do, like working for a lead
generation business, there is tonnes of businesses out there that work solely online,
that you can apply for. You don't have to go to Maccas, you don't have to go to
the local restaurant, you don't have to go to Seers,
or whatever you guys call your department stores there. You don't have to go to MIA
and apply for a genuine job. If you look online for
online marketing jobs, or online admin jobs, they're out there. You just gotta go and find them. So, and that's pretty much what I do. I sit at my computer, and I make systems, I do up spreadsheets, I
even manage a few people. Like, we've got a couple of
people over in the Philippines that we manage, and I get
to have like an assistant on that job, and it's really, really cool. I'm kind of like a manager,
or a digital manager. I'm just completely digital. I'm an internet kid. Aaagh. And that is pretty much
all the ways that I make my money online, right? Now it's no secret, all things revealed, but again, coming back to
how I think about things, I really like to make sure it's ethical. All these jobs essentially
are marketing jobs, so it's like getting
something in front of someone. Yeah? That's what it is. And, what I really struggle with, kind of like the fuzz brush that we tried a couple weeks back, you
know like, they marketed, they used paid advertising
to get that video in front of me, I bought the product and the product sucked. And this is what I fucking hate. I can't stand people that do that. And with my marketing brain, I would never want to do that. So, as long as it's ethical, the product works, or it
does what it says it does, the people that you're putting
it in front of can actually benefit from it, then it's
a really, really cool world, and you just have to, I
don't know, you have to start doing research and I was
lucky because I got to go and work with my Dad and get
introduced to it organically like that, but technically me
telling you all of this stuff right now, is me introducing
you to that world, and potentially what you
could do for yourself. Now, it's all up to
you on how to research. I've given you like the actually methods that I use, and from there,
like, I'm happy to answer any questions that come through
in the comments section. I'm not gonna be talking about
how much money I actually make to a tee, but I can
give you tips and tricks on how I do everything,
and if you're interested in learning more about
any of these styles, I can even do a separate
video for each one, of how I went about
going and starting it up. But again, it's got to be
something that you guys want to hear more about, and yeah, I just wouldn't
usually do this thing on this channel, but
you guys in that poll, like 876 of you voted and you
said you wanted to see it. So here it is, this is
how I make my money. I really hope you enjoyed this video, please if you have any questions, let me know in the comments section below. I'll be trying to get back to
you as quickly as possible, and I really hope you have a lovely day. So, just like seen my chain that I got with all the
money that I make online. (laughing) No, just kidding. All right guys, have a really lovely week, and I hope to see you next
week for another video. Catch you later. I make money move. (gun fires) You know what's better than making money? Watching another one of my videos. You can click right here to
watch one of my previous videos, or you can click right here to subscribe. And in the meantime, I'm just
gonna play with my rent money. (shouts) Kim, we gotta collect all of those, 'cause that's my rent, okay.

Make Money Making Candles – At Home Candle Making Business Tips Make Money Making Candles – At Home Candle Making Business Tips. So one of the most common questions I get is how to actually price your candles Once you've got the Campbell major ready to sell it, how can you decide what you actually sell it for now? It's really not that complicated. There's really just a few things that you have to consider, but they can be pretty important things So I'm gonna go and cover those with you. I've got a lot to cover So we're gonna jump right into it so I know everybody makes different shapes and sizes of candles this method is gonna work regardless of what size of shake candy you make But for comparison today, we're gonna be checking out one of my candles This is a 4 ounce candle that sells in my shop for 655 So the big question is how did I get there? well The easy answer is there is no easy answer because I'm buying so many different supplies from different companies Prices are fluctuating here And there there really is no surefire way to price this down to the exact penny, but we can get pretty close now I figure out what I want to charge for it the most important thing I need to know is what it costs me to make it and that's really just assemble is breaking down our Supplies and item-by-item figure out how much it cost for that supply to go into that one candle now to do that We've really got to break our supplies down into two different categories fix costs and fluid costs. We would start with the fixed cost These are basically supplies that you're gonna buy in bulk. You buy them pretty much from the same place every time they're the same price Nothing really changes about it so we can know exactly what that item costs every time we use it We'll start with our wigs pretty simple. It's 895 for a bag of 100. So that tells us that each individual wig is nine cents Next is the wick stickers that I use again pretty simple four dollars and forty-five cents per pack of 100 So tells us that each sticker is four and a half cents Next to the jars that I use this is probably where everybody's gonna really start to differ but for this cameras just a standard 4 Ounce mason, jelly jar that you can buy pretty much anywhere. I think I get these at Walmart Target tractor supply Costco Sam's pretty much anywhere and the price rarely changes on these as well It's seven dollars and 98 cents for a pack of twelve making each jar of 67 cents Nice, it's gonna be our wax pretty simple to figure out as well. You can get a 50-pound case for fifty eight 95 So the math on that's pretty easy 250 pounds equals 800 ounces 58 95 divided by 800 ounces brings us to 73 cents an ounce four ounces in this candle So roughly 25 cents the wax per candle and our last fixed cost item is gonna be the lists now I don't care much for the mason jar legs to come on this jar I like to replace it with a one-piece black lid and those are me twenty eight dollars and thirty nine cents for a case of One hundred and forty-four of them making each one nineteen point seven cents per lid now. Here's your first pro tip of the day well, I'm replacing it with this lid I Don't actually throw this one away. You can resell these These will sell like crazy people that can go through these like hotcakes. A lot of people use these for craft projects like literally I sell these so fast that if I have just a steady stream of these I can make a living selling lids and I would quit the candle business altogether. That's just how well these cells So this was nineteen point seven cents for the black lid actually resell these for twenty cents So it's kind of a break even the lid really isn't even figured into the total cost of my finished unit So that was it for our fixed cost items now, we're gonna talk about our fluid cost dial These are the ones that make it a little bit trickier to price our candles just because the prices are so fluid meaning they fluctuate So much when we try to figure out our cost per candle some cases we're gonna have average some cases We're gonna have to guess a little bit some cases We're gonna have to plug in arbitrary numbers to actually get us to where we need to be But we can still get ourselves pretty close. So a first fluid cost item is gonna be our labels Now these should be pretty easy to figure out you can basically take the cost of the pack of labels Which was 15 9500 thing divided by the number of labels Which is some comes with 135 and that can actually give you the idea at the cost of every blank label Both problem is we're printing on them. And that's one of those things that's going to be fluid it's impossible to come up with an exact number of How much money in ink went into that one label every printer is different ink cartridges have different costs each labels gonna be different Black ink seems to be cheaper than green ink So a label with a lot of black inks is going to be cheaper than a label with a lot of green ink It's really impossible to break it down and actually figure it out. But there's an easy way where we can do that I do most of my labels on on avery.com and they have an option on there where you can design the label there But actually purchase it from them and have them printed and send it to you So I've checked our price list and I can see that's by a bulk quantity of these pre-printed It's gonna be about 31 cents per label now. I know I can buy the blanks and print it cheaper than that myself But that's really the best number Oh, yeah, because I'm not gonna figure out the amount of ink for each label the wear and tear on my printer Just not gonna happen. I'm not gonna put in the Energy trying to figure that out and it's gonna fluctuate so much Anyway, it's not gonna do me any good to try to figure it out So I'm willing to accept that arbitrary number just to keep my Mac cool Yeah, so the next fluid cause is gonna be our campbell die. I like to use Lakewood Campbell die Now the cost of this is gonna be pretty miniscule But don't skip over it because you know over 2,000 candles a year over 10 years. It's really actually gonna add up so you need to go and figure it into your costs and although it seems impossible is actually pretty simple so I can bob is One ounce jar for five dollars and forty-five cents The manufacturer tells us that this is enough died to bring 100 pounds of wax to a medium shade So hundred pounds of wax is gonna be 16 ounces five dollars and forty-five cents divided by 1600 means that today one ounce of wax will cost point zero zero three cents or three tenths of a penny Four ounces of wax on our candle. So for each candle, we're going to be using one point two cents of dye Like is it pretty miniscule? But we need to include it because this can happen And our last item was going to be our fragrant oil now up until now. It's been pretty tame The numbers aren't pretty easy to work with and still be able to stay consistent This is about far the most expensive item that goes into our candles and the prices can fluctuate dramatically now the easiest thing to do would be to figure out how much you candles using this fragrance oil makes How much you can they're using this fragrant oil base and so on but at the end of the day that's going to give us The same size candles with prices all over the place it's gonna make one candle cost 250 to make it's gonna make another candle cost three dollars and 12 cents to make It's gonna make another one cost a dollar ninety eight to make and our price charts gonna be all over the place It's going to confuse people and it's going to look sloppy. It's just not really where we want to go We want to have the same size candle price the same across the board. It's just more appealing It's easier to sell and it just looks a lot cleaner but even though these fluctuate greatly in price we can still narrow down best thing to do is just find a Medium price range so on average fragrance oils gonna be anywhere from sixteen to twenty two dollars a pound You can't sell them find some higher or lower but that's gonna be our good average base So that gives us an average cost of $19 a pound. So $19 a pound 16 ounces. I found $2 19 per ounce So rather than trying to break it down per candle We're actually going to figure this number about the packs of camels that we've made and then divided from there all I mean by that is Make these a case of the time or twill the time so our members on that it's going to take two and a half pounds Of wax and a 12 percent fragments load that means that I've used five ounces of fragrance oil for this batch of twelve candles five times a dollar 19 is $5.95. So to make this back to 12 candles cost 595 divided by will means that there's forty nine point five cents worth of fragrance Oil in this candle. We're almost done. There's one more then consider. You noticed that throughout all of this. I've not talked about shaking yet Shipping can be all over the place Can be a killer to a small shop can be really expensive and can be down there impossible to figure out because in the long Run, we're sneaking supplies. We're buying from different companies though the nine or ten supplies that go into this candle They actually probably come from six different companies that are purchased in different times in different sized orders So the shipping is just crazy find an exact dollar amount is just pretty much impossible But what I've done is I went back over my shipping records for the past two years and found that on average Shipping calls for about eighteen percent of my total order So for every order that I placed if I it was $100 order Shipping cost without order were eighteen dollars cheaper some places more expensive than the other But on average it was about 18% So that's the number I go with when I figure my total costs So now that we know what each item cost we're gonna figure out per candle. So I've added everything up so far multiplied it by 18% to cover our shipping cost and we found that this size Campbell cost me two dollars and twenty four cents to make pro tip number two Once you scale your business where you move them a lot of candles out the door you nice to start buying things in bulk So buying everything in bulk that I could the absolute cheapest that I can actually make this candle is a dollar fifty five So now that I know exactly what it cost now, I'd figure out what I can actually sell it for The good news is there's really no right or wrong answer The only number I really have to worry about is that two dollars of twenty four cents It cost me to make it as long as I've got that covered. I'm making money I can sell it for three dollars. I can sell it for five I can sell it for fifteen if somebody will pay that for it But most importantly as long as it's over two dollars and twenty four cents. I'm actually making money I wish there was an easy answer. I could give you to find out exactly what you can sell it for It's going to take a lot of research on your part low. It's going to depend on the quality of the product you made the amount of competition in your area the prices of your competition and the actual demand from your customers only you will know those so I can't give You that answer but I can get you fairly close the most common pricing model that people use is your cost of supplies Multiplied by two to get you your wholesale costs So if I were selling these on both to the wholesaler I'll be charged for four dollars and forty eight cents and to make our retail cost we multiply that number by two so we take The 448 multiply it by two gives us a retail of 896 which is fairly reasonable for this sized candle If you look on Etsy you'll see this house can let me work from $6 to $10 pretty good average pricing but again You have to know where your competition goes if your price comes to $9 and everybody else in your area is selling the exact same candle for 6 dollars and 55 cents price and yours at $9 Probably is gonna be much good if they can get the exact same thing from the very next shop for 655 again That's not an easy answer. I can give to you. That's just gonna come down to you researching the supply-demand Competition and quality of the candles in your area to find the actual price that you can't charge but as a general rule the cost Multiplied by tuned for all the settle multiplied by two for retail It's good that gives you pretty close and then the best part is once you start selling a lot of candles you can scale And start undercutting your competition a little bit and still be making actually more money than they are For example, I told you I make this fraction a dollar 55 sell it for 655 But because I buy in bulk and my supply costs are lower I can actually use the cost by 2 by 2 model come up with a less expensive candle and still get the top margin rate for that model look Like I said earlier knowing what it cost actually make this the most important thing Because really regardless of what I charge for it as long as I had that two dollars and 24 cents or that dollar 55 covered Anything else is extra. Hope you guys enjoyed this. Hope this was helpful for all of my international followers. It says how it works get ten dollars by PayPal for every twenty minute video that you complete User testing pays you to visit websites or apps complete a set of tasks and speak your thoughts aloud is this actually a legitimate website in absolutely is It has been covered numerous times in various Publications which have very high credibility. For example, New York Times Huffington Post Lifehacker Wall Street Journal and There are over 700,000 tests that have already been undertaken and you can see the kind of companies that work with Usertesting.com the Zendesk Facebook Microsoft and so on You actually do not need a lot to get started virtually. Nothing. You need to be at least 18 years old and you? Need be able to speak some English. So you do not need to be a native English speaker. You just need to be Able to express your thoughts in English Okay, and the kind of tasks that these guys? Specialize in when I signed up. I was given a task to find a map in the museum website okay, so it was a particular Museum in the United States and they asked me to Find a map Starting from the homepage find a map of that museum and then the second part of the task was to find the opening hours and Then I had to give my feedback whether it was hard or easy to Find that particular map and for me to find the visiting hours and the days that the what museum was open and closed So it's super simple guys. It can't really get much simpler than that and obviously when you take $10 for a 20 minute video, you know If you calculate that into the hourly rate, you can make approximately $30 an hour for an hour of your time So that's really good. All you need is just PC or Mac with internet connection You need to download the testing software and you need to be able to speak your thoughts in English How do you actually get paid? Well, they pay by PayPal. So you get paid seven days after you complete your Video and then it gets uploaded to their website Another good thing. Is that as you know Sometimes the certain sites are limited to only residents of particular countries usertesting.com Does not have those limitations they accept look I haven't checked obviously every single country but you can see that in Africa Middle East and India, there are a ton of countries that they work with Asia Pacific a Lot of countries here, okay Europe tons of countries in Europe, so virtually almost any country on the planet If as long as you speak some English and you've got a basic computer setup at home, you can sign up with usertesting.com and You're able to work The signup process was actually quick and easy when I did that you will need to do a simple test then it gets sent off and in a couple of days they get back to you and they approve you and then You know provided that you did a pretty good with that sample thought so just make sure when you actually sign up You you do a good job with that initial sample task it took me about seven minutes for that simple task So it is pretty quick now In order for you guys to sign up so you might just type in usertesting.com into your browser Okay, and to be able to sign up as a tester after you get to use the testing com you will need to go into the bottom here and then You will need to go into careers About us and then careers and then after that at the bottom from memory, yep, here it is So looking to get paid to take user tests see this writing here sign up the way to be today to be a tester so you just click that and From here, you will need to enter your email address and you will be able to sign up as a tester from there Alright, so hopefully you found this useful. Let's move on to the next website Guys the second website is testing time so you can go to testing time just by typing in testing time calm into your browser and You will get to this site so as you can see here, it says we recruit test users for usability test focus groups interviews surveys and more and as long as you Click here at the top, right? You can click become a test user and that Will take you to this page with all of the information about how much money you can make in so forth So I actually couldn't believe this when I saw this the first time as you can see it says earn up to fifty euros per hour So that's quite a lot, you know if you convert it to dollars that'll be what like sixty seventy dollars and now something like that and What they do is they allow you to test products at home via Skype or on site with the customers so then you can enter your name here and email and you can sign up and a little bit of information about this if you're kind of considering whether it's for you and not So basically you'll get up to fifty dollars or fifty euro per study What you'll need to do is you will get first access to new apps and websites and you will share your experience to make those services and websites better And typical study takes around 30 to 90 minutes. It says here. So 50 euro for that kind of time is actually really really good So you will need to sign up with testing time after You sign up you will be given certain test jobs you will need to accept those test jobs and then you just do the Carry out that testing and then you will get paid so they create date and time you will participate in a guided user building tests It will be either with client in person or via Skype All right And once completed you will get paid within 10 days so you can see that this is a very legitimate website as well They work with Deloitte by UBS trivago Doodle, I don't really I'm not familiar with the other companies But you know, I'm familiar with Deloitte the new BS and trivago so clearly this is a very well established trustworthy website so there are a few fa Q's here and in terms of You can go through as you're signing up, you know if you have any questions But this definitely is another great website to sign up to Obviously the work will not be regular but that's why you sign up to a few of these types of websites if you're going to be Working a few hours a day or even a full working day you sign up to a few different websites and then you can manage your own work and complete it as You have time so now let's have a look at the next website so the third site we're going to be talking about is Respondent dot IO and that's another website where you can make money online pretty fast just type in respondent dot IO into your browser and you'll get to this page and then you will need to Select this option if you want to sign up for it. So if you click for respondents It says get paid for participating in research studies, and then you go ahead and click sign up I've gone ahead and signed up just to show you guys the type of work that's available So you will need to go through qualification not qualification. Sorry rather Questionnaire, so as you sign up, you know, they'll ask you obviously where you leave your age and so on what kind of experience you've got what sort of industries you're interested in and what sort of interest industries you've got background in and then after that I've just And I answered everything as per my my background and what I've done before in the corporate world as well as what I'm doing now and here are the Sort of opportunities that are available to me. I mean, I think that's pretty awesome. It says $60 for 30 minutes of work. It says looking for Australian nationals to discuss their experience with banking. Ok so 60 bucks for 30 minutes, that's really nice There are a few other ones that I probably wouldn't go for site reliability Engineers. I mean we can have a look at those obviously as well and just get a little bit more detail about those But another interesting one that caught my eye for example, was this one do you use internet banking $45 for 30 minutes? It says one on one It's a research platform for people who want to see share experience with us both the good and the bad and we can help you Bank to build financial products with you in mind. So guys there are lots of opportunities here It says, you know as you can see that pay good money for a short amount of your time So it's totally worth signing up and seeing what kind of options there are these, of course Get updated on a regular basis so if this is gonna be another website where you sign up then on a regular basis you will be able to Get new jobs in here and you can make a really nice dollar amount for a short amount of your time So hopefully you enjoyed those If you guys thought this video was helpful Then click the like button below this video and subscribe to my channel To make sure that you don't miss any of my future upcoming videos also click that Bell Notification icon to get notifications into your inbox as soon as I upload my next video. some money online now make sure you watch the whole video here so you don't

going to get rich with this kind of online jobs that I'm sharing with you
here today so if you're interested in making a full time passive income online
you definitely need to check out my number one recommendation right here
below at the end of this video of course but this kind of online jobs are perfect
to get started with and to make some extra money so with that being said
let's go ahead and have a look at them alright so the first thing that we can
go to is actually micro workers calm and apply for any kind of micro jobs that is
available here and you can see here real quick one opportunity here is for
example Facebook follow plus comment plus twitter share Karen and blog you
can make 40 cents so you're definitely not going to get rich with finishing
this task but as I said it's definitely a good way to make some
extra money and it goes pretty fast so you have to of course apply for a lot of
tasks to do here but we can see here and what they want you to do is follow
Facebook page here click on the latest post stay on page for 2 to 3 minutes and
scroll down leave a short relevant comment and share on Twitter and that's
it so it goes really fast ok let's have a look at something else here Facebook
again a YouTube subscribe 3 times YouTube accounts needed gmail create a
gmail account so you make 8 cents by just creating a gmail account for
someone ok so really simple and easy alright let's move on
content is king as they say and if you think you are a good fit for writing
then writing some articles press releases or blog posts could be actually
a very good idea there is tons of sites there around the Nets just to give you a
quick idea here eyewriter comm is one example okay you can see the article
rewrites blog post press releases ebooks and Kindle books and you can see here
depending on the quality they charge let's say 4,000 words and $20 here for
example or if you're a premium writer 11 and you make most of the money they keep
a small commission of course for the site there and giving you the job of
course alright let's move on to the next opportunity and that is doing some kind
of data entry and data entry jobs we can go to click work here is one example and
we hit the section earn money as a click worker and you can see here creation of
text data categories are categorization I'm sorry
copy editing proofreading web research and surveys and there is also the
mystery photographers and app testing so how definitely a lot more opportunities
here that you can get started with to make some money
but data entry there are a lot of sites online so just to give you a quick idea
Amazon center comm is also very popular and there is definitely much more there
all right let's move on to the next opportunity and what you can do is you
can actually be a transcriber a very easy job to get started with doesn't
require too much the site that I'm showing you here today is scree be calm
and they four scroll down to the bottom we go to the section of transcribers you
can see here that you can make anywhere from five to twenty five dollars per
audio hour okay and as I said the requirements of course
you need to be a good comprehension of English ability to interpret
conversations to apply contest and identify mistakes of course a PayPal
account so you can get paid and headphone and headsets is also a good
idea there so there you have it about being a transcriber there is also
another side which is Rev comm where you can apply for a transcription but here
comes another online jobs that is very easy to do also which is definitely very
similar and that is captions okay so you can go for captions and if you are if
you can actually handle another language you can of course do foreign subtitles
here also so what you do is you go to the section where it says become a
freelancer and you can see here that it explains everything here and you can
have a look at the details for yourself there's no need for me to go through all
the details here alright so let's move on to the final opportunity that you can
get started with and that is to become a tester and the site that I'm going to
share with you here today is a usertesting.com and that this is how it looks when you
arrive to the site and we want to go to the section where it says get paid to
test so when you do that you can clearly see here you can earn up to $60 per
tests for years being on user testing here and what I want you to do is visit
the website or an app you complete a set of tasks speaking your thoughts out loud
and get paid so basically they want to have some kind of a feedback there are
new companies that come here or they actually want to test a new website to
see the feedback how it works so they want you to speak out loud
record that video and say you couldn't find that bottom or they want you to
have a look at if you can find a red dress or something like that so if they
pay you for that and you can see here you can get ten dollars via PayPal for
every twenty minute video you complete and of course you can make much more
very popular sites to go to user testing comm now another opportunity actually is
depending on your skill you can apply for a job as a freelancer if you're good
at writing if you're good at video editing for example I just come up with
it because I edit videos and audio of course you can edit audio so there is
tons of opportunities and the most popular sites as a freelancer is Fiverr
there is also at work com also another very popular site is
freelancer.com and so on so you can have a look actually there is a good idea to
get some ideas on how you can apply for even more online jobs by just going here
and browse on jobs here so you can see depending on the tasks here it might
give you an idea you can come up with and say that you are a good fit and you
can apply for this kind of jobs here alright so there you have it five easy
online jobs to earn money from home in 2019 and beyond as I said in the

home business magazine

Hey, you're a mom just like me. Guys, I've got 5 kids and I wanted to supplement my income with home businesses. So I'm going to walk you through some home business ideas for you. Stay tuned. Hey, what's up? Maybe it's time to start a business from your home. This is what I love about living here is that we have the ability to do that. In fact, I had a friend who lived in Cuba he wanted to start her business from home and had to do it contraband style like sneaking baked goods into his home so he could sell them. So, this is a very, very cool opportunity for you and in fact, I'm going to go through some specific businesses that you can start from your home. And if you click right here, you can start looking more specifically into each one of those individual businesses with their own video to kind of walk you through the steps of how to get started. So, here's what I want to tell moms out there. I'm a mom, I get this and I've started a lot of these businesses that I'm going to tell you about out of my own home. Or I've worked very closely with people who have. This is one of the things I love about being a mom is that yeah, you're a mom you are working 24/7 being a mom. You're catering to your kids, you're kissing the boo-boos, you're making the dinners, you're making the breakfast. You're folding the laundry. You're doing all of that. And it can feel so easy to get lost in this feeling of momhood that you kind of lose what it means to be you. What does it mean to be you. What does it mean to be Marianne outside of a mom? Well, this girl likes to make stuff and this girl likes to make money. So let me just walk you through some of the ventures that I tried. Before I give you any ideas, I want to give you two tips. The first one is if your field requires a license just do yourself a favor right out the gate and get licensed in your field, okay? Here's the second thing I want you to be aware of. If you're working from home and your mom like me, you absolutely must give yourself the gift of having a separate space for your business. I mean, like a separate room or a separate area in your home. That the kids know like, "Hey, this is mom's zone, this is her workspace and we know that if we're in this space, It's a work space. So, maybe we shouldn't be in that space. In my house, I have a separate room with a closed off door that when my kids want to come in that room, they know that they have to knock first and they know if they see me on the phone, they just quietly duck out and wait for me to be done, okay? So, create a space for you to do work that's separate from any of your other mom responsibilities or duties, alright? Here's an idea for the first business. Yoga. Okay? I actually started a yoga business out of my home and it was so fun to see my clients come back week after week after week. And we did some individual yoga. We did some breadth work, we did some acro yoga. This is an industry where you don't necessarily have to get licensed to do it. But I would recommend getting some experience in a first… And if you really want to take it to the next level and create a solid business, there's actually ways for you to go get training in India and Nepal for a few thousand bucks for 28 days of training and then when you come back into your business out of your home, you can say, "Hey, I was yoga certified in Nepal or India." You know, that's going to be a really cool credibility booster as you're building your business from your home. You run a separate space for that, too. So, you can have a studio that you don't have to clean up from kids toys and spills and things in there. Just have that separate space set apart. Either in your home or rent a studio at a gym or nearby that you can use. So, yoga is a great one. The second one. Jewelry. Okay, jewelry is super fun for me because I can do it with my kids and we can take it to farmers markets on the weekend. That they can set up a little… My kids love to set up a little jewelry and lemonade stand. They'll make 10, 20 bucks a day selling the jewelry that we made together in that little stand. Jewelry requires very little space when it comes time to plan space for your business. It does kind of get tend to get spread out though when you're actually working on the jewelry. So, do yourself a favor and create an organized system just to store all your findings and your charms and whatever you're using to put your jewelry together. You need to have an organized space. And tip for the moms out there especially create something that you can put away quickly and completely. The last thing you want is tiny little hands getting into those findings and that can really be a choking hazard, too. So, make sure that you are age-appropriate in your storage and organization for all your jewelry. Another business that you can do right out of your house is become a hairstylist. And I got to tell you the hairstylist I go to now has been featured in CosmoProf. She knows Guy Tang really well. But she started out of her home. I remember driving over to her house when, you know, she was pregnant and I was pregnant and I would just go upstairs into her little… It was this little like town home and we would go upstairs into this room that she had set aside. I remember when I had carpet in it. I remember guys, she didn't even have plumbing in this room, okay? It was a little pump that she had installed that drained into a sink where she would have to take this bucket and empty it into her bathtub every time it got full. And had like a shampoos and dyes and washed out product in there. Like, this girl was like serious about her business. And I loved the quality of her work so much and I loved spending time with her so much that I feel like honored that I was one of the first people to actually have her do my hair in her house. Since then she's grown so much and been so talented that she actually owns 2 salons right now and employs full staff at both of them. But it started out of her home. This is a business where you do want to get licensed though. So, if you're going to start a hair salon out of your home, just do yourself a favor, go to salon school or hair school whatever you need to do to get licensed in this area. Another business that you can do from home is actually creating handbags, alright? And I have a friend from high school that has done this very, very well. You can find her link right in the description. Catherine is an excellent seamstress and she has taken the handbag industry to a very professional level. Now, she has done this all out of her house. In fact, I remember asking for a custom handbag from her as a photographer and she customized the colors, she customized everything for me. And now, I need an upgrade to that handbag. I didn't even get the first one ordered before I changed my mind. But she is an excellent seamstress. In fact, she created her own logo, her own branding, her own metal and equipment to put on these handbags. She had them all created for her. And she is a professional in this industry. And she started right out of her home. So, that's a great idea if you're really talented in the seamstress area, that's a fun one to start with. Another business that's super easy to do out of your home is photography. Now, I love photography. Not only because I have a photographer in the professional in the area but get this, you don't have to worry about inventory clogging up the closets in your home, you don't have to worry about a bunch of stacks of stuff just getting in the way. Yeah, maybe you'll have props here and there that maybe you keep in your garage and you bring for a photoshoot. But most of your work is done out of the home. You know, on location. If you did it in your home, you could set up a studio as well. Just make sure again that that space is separate and kind of blocked off from the messy hands and things like that. So, photography, you need a space in your home to be able to work on and process your photos. Do that post-processing, it does require a little bit of investment upfront to get your equipment in there, to get the software and the programs in there. But it's something that you'll have a talent and skill to do forever. The last business that is really fun for moms to start up out of their home is catering. Now, I'm going to say that with a caveat because you do need several certifications in order to do that. And you also need a space in your home that is approved. Meaning it's being coded for that. You've had inspectors come in and say that that your kitchen is a safe place to do that. So, sometimes you can actually do it in your home if you have your kitchen approved for that. But you can also look at professional kitchens that you can just rent by the hour. So, that you can you know, buy your ingredients. Keep them at home and then take everything over to your professional kitchen that's been you know, authorized for that kind of a thing and work from there. But you don't have to have a… You don't have to buy a venue for that. You don't… In fact, most catering businesses just cater to a venue but don't live there. So, it's super fun and easy to do at home. This is not one of you'll be able to include your kids a lot on that note. So, if you're a stay-at-home mom with kids at school all day, this might be a perfect idea for you. Hey, I'm glad you watched… Thanks for watching today's video, I hope you got some great ideas from that. In fact, in the comments, let me know what you're starting to do and hit this with subscribe button on your way out. But before you go, if you want to know what it looks like to work directly with me and building your six-figure business, hit the link in the description and let's have a chat.

how to earn money from home online without investment

what's going on guys in today's video
I'm going to show you how to make money online as a beginner even if you're
broke you have zero dollars and you have zero experience nothing and the funny
thing is when I started making money online and a lot of other people started
making our money online that are big now and making thousands of dollars per
month or per day we actually started doing this particular method so this
method guys I'm going to show you exactly how to do it but not only that
at the end of this video I'm going to show you my little secret method that
you can use to keep this business going make it sustainable and actually make
money from this particular metal years to come and on the screen here guys will
see a screenshot down the bottom for five thousand dollars in one day and
nine hundred dollars in one day this particular person I'm gonna show you
exactly how they are doing this as well because they are doing this exact method
and they've been inside my private group for a while where I teach this type of
stuff now this myth it is very easy to do guys it's very easy to understand you
don't need a website to do this and I'm gonna show you how to do this with
absolutely no money and is perfect for beginners but Before we jump in guys
make sure you smash that like button tap that subscribe button and tap that
notification bell so you know my next video is released so what am I talking
about here guys I'm talking about an old-school method that's been around for
a long time and the best thing about this method it's still going today and
it's still strong and this is called launch jacking now launch jacking is an
extremely profitable method but you need to do it properly so I'm going to show
you exactly how to do it properly you're going to need two particular websites
that you're going to check every day every week or whenever you need to check
them and those two websites are called munch Icom and JV notify procom and what
these websites are guys is people like me and other people in the industry when
we create a product like a course or a software we need people to promote our
product so we go to these websites and we say hey we're going to be launching
this product soon you know we need some affiliate marketers to jump on board now
how much money can you make we can actually make a lot so we do think you
know we were involved in one recently they did half a million dollars I've
been involved in others that have done over a million
people like a lot of these guys are doing six to seven figures all the time
and you can take a piece of the pie so these are the two particular websites
here guys and there are products courses software getting uploaded all the time
that you can promote for an affiliate Commission okay so we're not going to go
through exactly these websites and you know because it's pretty easy
you've got the dates here they upload them and you simply go and sign up so
how does it work let's take this particular product guys you simply click
on the link on one of these or one of these it's going to take you to a page
like this and you want to open up the JV zoo page okay and this is where all the
information is and it's got the time that's going to be released it's got the
date it's got still living days lit it's got the sign up so become a JV partner
you can sign up and become an affiliate and it's got all of this stuff has got
the pricing you get 50% Commission guys of all of this all of this stuff here
you get all the emails you need if you want to do that but we're not going to
be doing emails and best of all guys you get into a price pool of prize money
these guys are giving away an extra twenty thousand dollars plus six to
twenty five thousand dollars of money as well on top of the Commission's so an
extra fifty thousand dollars which is extremely good now you might be thinking
yourself how do I promote something like this when I don't actually have access
to the product so let me show you some examples and stuff and kind of how this
works and it works extremely well and I'm going to show you some one that I've
been working with who does extremely well with this as well so what we do
guys is we go to YouTube and we make videos for these particular products
it's actually very easy to do so we put in covo review which is this particular
product here and they did a release over a year ago they're doing another release
and these videos got 4,000 views 2,000 views 2,100 views these videos are
making money and there is also another example here guys
snappy shop and snappy shop is the same kind of thing these particular people
made reviews of these products and all that sort of stuff right solutions have
a quick look at this guy's all they do as they go through the product and
explain kind of how it works right and here's another one here literally the
easiest videos you can do and it takes 20-30 minutes to do this but you might
be asking yourself how do I get ahold of this program once you sign up guys you
simply ask them hey I want to do a video on this can I have a review copy 99.9
percent of the time they're going to give you a review copy because they want
you to actually go out and promote this product the more people promoting the
more money they make so you get free access to the product that you can then
do a review on and upload videos to YouTube you don't need money guys
nothing and you don't need a website and to prove this works this is John oh and
Jonna does the exact same thing I'm telling you right now look this is the
proof and he's made over four he's made he makes thousands thousands of dollars
look five thousand dollars in a day nine hundred dollars in a day and every
single day he's making hundreds and thousands of dollars by doing this exact
same method now we can even dive deeper into the skies we don't even have to use
these particular ones here but there's another website guys called click
funnels and they do the same thing so they launched these products here's an
example here the 30-day challenge okay and this is a particular product that
they just launched and they go and actually put it on these websites as
well to get affiliate partners coming in now this particular product guys is
super simple to promote as well you get one hundred dollars per sale one hundred
dollars guys I've made three thousand dollars I've hardly even promoted this
particular product how you know could you all you need is ten people to buy
this and you've made a thousand dollars and as you can see here guys this person
here didn't even need to get the product he simply did a video explaining the
product you just scroll down the page so like this scroll down the page
explaining the product explaining how it worked what was involved and the bonuses
and stuff and you and and he basically shows you that and then he's got a link
in here to go and get the product and it's had seven
and views and once again he just ranks it for things like one funnel away
challenge review see one funnel away challenge 30 days summit review and
inside the look so nice had actually got access to this particular one but a lot
of these guys they just scroll down and talk about it and give their opinion on
it and people come in guys and click on the links and this is an affiliate link
and it goes to this product here and whenever someone makes the purchase he
gets an affiliate Commission there's also another product that clickfunnels
has I've not made any money with this one this is called the ten times secret
now sorry tynix secrets program and they've got all the stuff guys you can
make $100 $38 $100 and $200 in this particular product they also gave away
prizes as well and once again if you go this is it here actually once you get
your link you get they go to here if you go to youtube guys once again people are
doing reviews on this particular product guys this is nothing new this is called
launch jacking this is the best way to get into affiliate marketing as a
beginner this is the best way to learn how to make money online as a beginner
even if you're broke because you literally do not need any money I'm
telling you right now you need 0 anybody can get their phone or get extreme this
I'm using Camtasia right now to record my screen and you can find free ones and
you can literally record your screen talking about a product and put your
affiliate link in and you will get visits and sales when they launch the
product and with my course guys here's my course here affiliates aren't open
right now but this is my course and this guy's had 2500 views and he's still
getting views today he's still making money today and to prove that it works
I pay my affiliates out an average of eight hundred to seven hundred to a
thousand even two thousand dollars per day so this works extremely well I have
some affiliates that I'm paying up to thirty thousand dollars per month on
some of my products and a lot of them are going out and put doing videos on
YouTube like this now I don't give away review copies guys ain't gonna
that because my stuff's expensive but these guys had purchased my content
they've gone and it's helped them they've done video reviews on my courses
and my softwares and stuff like that and they get affiliate commissions as well
from doing this if we go econ econ elites review and go to search you'll
see there's people here see look this he's at the top there's other people who
have done videos on my particular courses and stuff like that guys so it's
extremely easy to do go and find products that are getting released into
the market sign up as an affiliate marketer ask them for a review copy go
and do a review of the particular product and upload it to YouTube before
they launch the product now you will get most of your sales in the first week of
the launch it will start to slow down again but you'll still get consistent
sales forever from this product even though it will slow down again but how
do you actually take it to the next level well guys you want to build an
email marketing list so what I recommend you do is when you actually put a link
into youtube down here instead of linking straight the affiliate product
link to a page that collects an email and then you can build out your own
affiliate marketing list now I'm gonna actually leave a free course down below
on how you can actually use this program click bundles to build out an email list
and build out funnels and stuff like that and connect it to an order and
autoresponder and build an email list then what you do guys is once someone
actually signs up we will just go into here we will direct them to the
affiliate page now this one doesn't direct to the affiliate page it directs
to this page but I will teach you how you can direct it to an affiliate page
so then what you do guys is you're building up this email list then when
another product gets released in the future you can simply say hey there's a
new product coming out and this is exactly what jonno does he started off
small guys then he built to that bow to that built it up and built an email list
of people that are interested in more products and six months silver months
down the track you could have 10,000 people on your email list you could send
out one email and make $10,000 yes that is right every subscriber on your list
is worth at least $1.00 I have an email list of over 200,000 people and when I
do it's pretty old now it's not as active as I'd like but when I jump into
affiliate marketing competitions guys are usually 50 $100,000 $150,000
sometimes on these affiliate marketing things because I built up a massive
email list over all this time and that's exactly that is the secret to making
this work is to build an email list so you can keep promoting keep promoting
and keep promoting when these new products come on to the market guys so
if you want to learn how to build funnels and build an opt-in form make
sure you hit the link below now if you want to learn how to make money online
with some of my other methods guys I will leave some videos up on the screen
and a playlist where you can learn how to do a flip marketing step-by-step and
don't forget guys smash that like button tap that notification Bell hit subscribe
so you get notified when my next video comes out and for now go and check out
my other videos and I'll see you in my next video is released

– Hey, Angie Nelson here from theworkathomewife.com. Recently, someone left
a comment on my channel asking me to share some of the many ways that I make money from home. And I'm more than happy to oblige. So today we're going to be discussing some of the many ways that I have
earned money from home over the last 11 years that I've been working
from home full time. Make sure you stay until
the end of the video to find out how you can learn
more about the industries that we're talking about today, in addition to some others. Now if you are new to my channel or new to my blog, the work at home wife, I have been working at
home full time since 2007. So for over 11 years now I have made full time income from home. But over those 11 years
I have not made my money in the same ways. I sometimes joke that I've had 197 jobs over the last 11 years. That may be a little
bit of an exaggeration but maybe not. I've had a lot of different jobs. I've tried a lot of different industries. And that's one thing that I've
always really enjoyed about working from home is that you're really not nearing
your first work at home job. You really have the opportunity to try out a lot of different things that you haven't tried before. And see if there are different services and industries
that you really enjoy or that make you more money than others and where you like to
really concentrate your time in going forward. And also don't forget
that the online world is constantly changing. Every year we're seeing
different types pf jobs come online and different companies pop up. And this is a great way
that you can kind of get your feet wet in a lot of different, a lot of different service areas and see what's going to
be a great fit for you. Now my work at home
journey actually started long before I started working from home. Initially I was involved
in things like direct sales with companies like Arbonne and Tupperware and that's how I got
involved in a lot of the work at home forums that were
going on at that time. But to be honest with you direct sales is definitely
a legitimate industry. But I was horrible at it. Selling was not my,
especially in person selling, was really not my forte. So, I did not find a lot of success in the direct sales industry but being involved in those forums allowed me to start reading
up on some of the other opportunities that were out there, and at that time, I had a full time job that I really loved. So it was really just
like looking for some ways to make extra money and that brought me to
things like mystery shopping. And some of the small tasks like this were available then and
are till available now like Amazon MTurk or Mechanical Turk. I have a whole video on that
here on the YouTube channel. But that is how I first got involved in the work at home world. When I was on my lunch hour I was doing hits on Amazon MTurk. And just making a little
bit of money there. And that kind of introduced me to some of the opportunities
that were available there and some of the services that were needed such as transcription, and data entry, things like that that I was
doing on MTurk at that time. And I was just making pennies per task but it was a little way for me to make some money on the side wile I as still having, holding down that full time job. Now as I felt more and
more out of love with my full time job I started looking for ways that I could earn a full
time income from home. And I wanted that to
happen rather quickly. I didn't want to have a long transition. I was really ready to
just leave my day job and start working from home full time. So, I started looking for opportunities that were going to provide me with that consistent paycheck
and paying me an hourly wage and paying me at a consistent basis. And that brought me to
customer service work. Now, customer service work is not most people's dream jobs. It certainly wasn't mine. But it was what I was
going to do at that time in order to get my income replaced ASAP. It was the holiday season. There were a lot of
companies that were hiring. So I took a job with two different customer service companies and I started working from home full time doing customer service work. I was on the phones, doing what I needed to do. Getting an hourly wage. Getting that full time paycheck. And most of the time you're not able, there are a few companies
that do offer full time customer service positions. And some of those are
even employee positions that will offer you benefits. In my case they were two
companies that were offering part time positions. So I kind had to piecemeal my way to a full-time check there. And that's often the
case with online work. Now, while I was working
those costumer service jobs my main priority at that point was to start my virtual
assistant business. That is one of the things that was at the top of my priority list. I didn't want to work
costumer service a long time but I was willing to do it in order to get that paycheck coming in. But my goal was to get my
virtual assistant business going. And within a couple of months of working those costumer service jobs and doing my VA business on the side, I was able to leave those
costumer service jobs behind and focus solely on my
virtual assistant business. Now as a virtual assistant, again, I was doing a
lot of different things. I was going where the work was and using the skills that I had in order to make that
full-time paycheck happen. I had a lot of different clients and I was working with the knowledge that I had and the demands of my clients in order to make it work. I was doing a lot of freelance writing for a long time that there is still a huge demand for freelance writing. For a long time I was working
strictly with bloggers, helping them to make sure that their posts were written and formatted
and scheduled to be published. I was working on their email newsletters. I was doing comment
moderation on their blogs. I was doing a lot of different things that are required to support
a blogger's business. And there is so many
bloggers out there today that are earning a full-time income and are more than willing to outsource some of those tasks to others. So if you have the desire to get involved in that industry, it may be
one that you want to look into, especially if you do enjoy writing. With blogging the majority of the work is revolving
around content creation. And a lot of time that's written content. So we're talking about
things like research, writing, formatting, editing. A lot of those different
aspects go into blogging. So if that's an industry that you are interested in,
you may want to look into that. I was also working for a few offline clients at that time too, you know, non-bloggers,
non-website owners, you know, people like authors and coaches, and some different really
small solo business owners, doing some of the things
that they needed done like costumer service. There were a couple of companies that I answered their phones
like an online receptionist. And especially when it
comes to phone work, like I said before, it's not an industry that a lot of people think that they want to be involved in. So there is always a lot of demand there. And a lot of people have trouble finding someone that can
handle their costumer service or can answer their
phones in some of those, whether they're at lunch or
they're taking the day off and they just need someone to be on call to answer those phones. If it's something that
you are willing to do, that may be a service that you may want to consider offering. Now during those years as
I was a virtual assistant, I also experimented on some
other platforms as well. I did have services
that I offered on Fiverr that only took me a few
minutes to complete. But it was another platform in which I could offer my services and get clients. And at that time there was a big demand for the services that I was offering. A lot of those were repeat costumers. And it was just another way for me to fill that client funnel and get some more work. And that may be something that you may want to consider as well, is offering your services on some of the different
platforms that are out there. But one thing you do need to consider if you are going to put your services on a third part site like that is you do need to consider the fees. With Fiverr the services
that I was offering they didn't take me more than 10 minutes at a time to complete. So between the fees and
some of the other things that were involved, I was still making, it was still important to make sure that you're getting a profit. So you don't want to be offering services for five dollars that are going to take you an hour to complete. You need to make sure that you always have your bottom line as a top priority. Now there was also a
time during those years that I was doing data entry for a company. I don't believe that the
company that I was working for at that time still hires remote workers but one thing to know about data entry, as I know it's going to
come up in the comments, it's such a popular industry that there is going to be a lot of companies that aren't even going to pay you $3 dollars
an hour to do their work. This company did pay a good wage but I was also on the wait list for them for over three years. And that is pretty typical
of data entry work. It is something that is really entry level so the companies are either
going to offer next to no pay, or if they are offering a good wage there is probably going to
be a really long wait list. So that is something that
you need to keep in mind. And it may be, if you
have fast typing skills there are some other great
industries that you can consider. Like transcription. Now as I was working
as a virtual assistant to other bloggers, I was
also building up my own blog. And that is how I earn a
full time income today, is is strictly from my blogging endeavors, over at the work at home wife. And there my income is really diversified, just as it always has been. I've always had a lot of different avenues that are bringing in money. And that's really the best way to do it when you are working from home. You never want to have all
of your eggs in one basket. Because companies do
come and go over time. And it's not unusual
to wake up one morning and the company that you
have been contracted with is no longer in existence, or they are no longer going to be contracting remote workers. So it is something that
you really need to have in the back of your head all of the time. And make sure that you are
diversifying your income and that you have different avenues available to you at a moment's notice. And also that you are saving
some money back if you can, so that you aren't in a bad place if one of these incidents should happen. And getting back to my blog, you know, some of the ways that I
have diversified my income over there is through affiliate marketing. There are a lot of products that I promote on my blog
that I earn a commission if someone clicks over and signs up or makes a purchase. I also do sponsored
posts from time to time. That's not really my
favorite way to make money but it is something that can be lucrative in the right situations. I also have ads up on my site that earn me money. And from time to time over the years I've also sold my own products, whether it's eBooks or courses. And those can be a great way
to earn money trough your blog. And blogging also brought me to YouTube and this is another way that
I've diversified my income. YouTube pays me. I make money here through the ads that they place on my videos. So this is just another
way that I am monetizing my online life and making
sure that I do have a lot of different avenues that are coming in and helping contribute to my bank account. And over the years I've
had a lot of other things that I use to make money on the side. From time to time I will
do some online flipping. I had a video here recently
where I talked about how I had sold some books often I had on my bookshelf that
I'm no longer going to read. I sold those and earned
some fast cash that way. I've also sold things on eBay or Poshmark in order to just make some extra cash. It's not something that I do regularly but if there is something
that I have laying around that's worth some money that I no longer want I'll go ahead and list it online for sale. That's a great way to make some fast cash. And I always make sure
that I am getting cash back whenever I am shopping if I can. I use a lot of these great apps that are available today
like Ebates or Ibotta that are paying me cash back for some of the purchases
that I have to make. If you are going to be shopping these days you may as well see if you can any get cash
back from those purchases. And as always you are probably
doing surveys right now for a little bit of extra cash. And those are some ways that I still have in existence today. Swagbucks is still a great
little site that I use frequently in order to make some
extra money that I can. I use most of my Swagbucks
earnings for Amazon gift cards. But they will also pay
you through a PayPal if you redeem your earnings that way. Otherwise, can get gift cards to a lot of great popular sites. And while we're talking
about legitimate surveys Pinecone Research is another one that you may want to look into if you're not already a panelist there. That was one of my first the first surveys that I signed up for. Back in the day it was really hard to get into Pinecone Research. But it is a great little survey site. They pay $3 dollars per survey. It is not going to be something that you are going to get
a ton of surveys from. But $3 is pretty nice when
those surveys do pop up. And it is a legitimate survey site that you can get involved
in as a panelist. And I'll make sure to leave a link to that in the description below. Now, as I said in the
beginning of this video and as you can see from
all of the different jobs that I have had over the years, you are not marrying your
first work-at-home job. Take the opportunity to try
out some different industries and see if there are different
things that you like. You know maybe you don't
have the best typing skills so something like
transcription or data entry is going to be out of the picture for you. And that's perfectly fine. There is probably going
to be another industry that is going to be a great fit for you based on your individual
skills and interest. So take some time to try
out some different things and different opportunities. You know, research some of
the ideas that are out there. I would caution you against
doing too much research. Sometimes we get into that rut, where we overthink things to the point that we never get started in anything. So make sure that you are being cognizant of that little fact there. And make sure that you are
moving forward all of the time. If something isn't working out, move on to the next thing. There are going to be
some work at home jobs that pay great and some that don't. There is going to be some
that are really flexible and some that aren't. There is just a lot of variety out there. There is something to
fit everyone's needs. You just need to take the time to. Take the time to find it. Now we have gone over a lot
of different things today so if you do have questions
about a specific topic, make sure that you leave
me a comment below. I'm more than happy to answer it and to direct you to
some further resources on specific industries if you need them. Or maybe create a video
in the future about a specific industry if there is one that I haven't covered yet. So go ahead and leave me a comment below with any questions that you have. As always if you like this video please give it a like and a share and make sure that you're subscribed so you'll get notification
of my next video. Until then, I wish you best of luck in your work at home job search.

(shouts) Kim, we gotta collect all of those, 'cause that's my rent, okay.

hey guys it's Tasha from one big happy
life and in this video I am going to be sharing with you a new side hustle that
I tried last month that earned me an extra four hundred and fifty dollars in
one day I'm really excited to share this side hustle that I did with you but
first I wanted to remind you that we are doing a giveaway to celebrate reaching
20,000 subscribers we are giving away two free coaching sessions one is a
personal finance coaching session and the other one is a youtube coaching
session so be sure to pop on over to one big happy life dot com to sign up and I will
drop a link down in the description box and of course be sure to a thumbs up and
subscribe for more videos like these Joseph and I made a side hustle video a
couple of weeks ago about side hustles that we have actually made money doing
and of course as usual we invited you guys to drop a comment down below about
side hustles that you've made money doing and one of them kept popping up
over and over so I decided to try it and I'm gonna go into all of the details
about the side hustle and how I made my money but I want to make sure to address
a couple of money mindset things as we're talking about these kinds of ways
to make extra money and the three major things that I want to touch on are that
you can make more money that you can get better at managing your money and that
you can reach your financial goals in time but that it might take you some
time to reach those financial goals I think so much of personal finance can be
sometimes steeped in a very negative money mindset so I'm gonna make sure
that we're keeping these things in mind as we are going about making our
financial plans so making more money yes you absolutely can make more money I
think when it because of the internet it has never been easier for your average
person to just go out and start a side hustle and start making more money I
mean we make videos on YouTube and that generates income for us and there are
lots of people that make money from selling their hand lettering on creative
market there are plenty of places to make extra money and all
Joseph and I'd like our personal favorite is taking advantage of job
posting boards online and to use that as an opportunity to grow our income in our
day jobs – so it's like attacking the income beast from multiple angles to
increase your overall wealth next you can get better at managing your money
you may not have the best financial habits today but it's a work in progress
and as long as you are willing to keep at it you can get better at your money
over time third financial goals take time to reach and I know it's funny me
saying this in a video about how I made four hundred and fifty dollars in one
day but the point is you don't have to hit a side hustle that will make four
hundred and fifty dollars for you in one day in order to reach your financial
goals just like you don't have to save 90 percent of your income or pay off all
your debt in five months to reach your financial goals so I say just make sure
not to let the hype make you feel bad about yourself and the timeline that you
have set for yourself because someone has chosen a different path there are
multiple paths to reach wealth and financial independence okay so now let's
start talking about this side hustle so the side hustle that I decided to do was
market research I had never done it before but several people in the
comments were so adamant about it being a great experience and also a pretty
lucrative experience that I decided to look into it so all I did was pulled up
Google and searched for market research firms in my city and luckily I have
access to two large metropolitan areas because I'm in Washington DC and so
there's you know the Northern Virginia area too and then also Baltimore is not
that far away from Washington DC so I had both cities to choose from which I
think made it a little easier for me to find a market research firm and actually
get on a panel so I just went to the website filled out my contact
information and then they started sending me emails whenever a panel came
up that it seemed like I would be a good fit for and they actually sent me three
emails on one day about a week after I signed up and two of them were for one
was for 150 dollars the one was for $200 and then the third one
was for four hundred and fifty dollars and I actually I answered the
questionnaire for all three but only got the call for the four hundred and fifty
dollar one which was fine with me because it's four hundred and fifty
dollars but it also just goes to show you that the prices can range when it
comes to these market pena… market panel research opportunities but
also that you may not always qualify for them so it's not necessarily like a sure
thing that you can rely on as part of you know a regular income necessarily so
that panel took six hours and including driving time it was a seven hour day but
still the hourly wage was pretty good and they provided lunch and snacks and
coffee and tea and pastries in the morning so all in all it was a really
fun experience I think there were about 20 people there total plus the people
that were running the panel and of course for confidentiality reasons I
can't say what actually happened within the panel except to say that it was a
lot of fun I will say that a lot of the people that were there were older people
it looked like kind of retirees and a lot of them said that they were doing
that full-time so they were making a full-time income between market research
and online surveys so and one of the people that I spoke to actually gave me
a list of their preferred market survey sources so I haven't tried them
personally but I'll drop the links to them down in the description box so you
guys can check them out and let me know what you think but I had a lot of fun it
was really interesting I don't know that it's something that I will do on a
regular basis because I did have to take off from work to go do it
and so it ended up being worth it because we did make an extra four
hundred and fifty dollars some of which we used to take Reeves and the family to
Great Wolf Lodge if you guys are following me on instagram for his
birthday you know and it was an unplanned trip
but it was also money that you know we hadn't expected to have and so it was
nice to be able to take this kind of short family trip especially because
Reeves didn't get to go to the pool when we were in
poor so that was the side hustle that I did and it just goes to show you if you
are willing and open to try something new because I had never done market
research before and as a matter of fact it's been years since honestly I've even
done side hustles aside from YouTube so take the opportunity go out there and
find these things because they totally exist alright guys let me know what you
think of this side hustle if you've done it before if you have any others you
recommend cause maybe I'll try those too see you guys next time bye
